Olympiad Policies & Procedures

Family Membership Fee: $45 annually.

Accident/Medical Insurance Policy: An Excess Accident insurance policy is provided for each participant.

Late Starts: Students may begin classes at any time on a space available basis. The class fee will be prorated and the first payment will include the family membership fee.

Returned Checks: A $30 fee will be charged for any returned check.

Make-Up Policy: The Richmond Olympiad has no make-up policy for missed classes. However, in cases of extended illness, family emergency, or injury, please contact your facility.

Discounts: During September through June a 25% discount is allowed on additional children from the same family or to the student who enrolls in additional classes per week. During July and August a 33% discount is allowed on additional children from the same family or to the student who enrolls in additional classes per week. The discount is on the lower fee.

Attire: Recommended attire is leotards for girls and T-shirts and shorts for boys, or any fitness apparel.

Progress Reports: Every fifth week of the installment, each student and his/her parents are provided with a progress report to inform the participants of their progress, areas of outstanding achievement, as well as areas needing improvement.

Awards: Every seventh week of the installment, each student is recognized for his/her participation and achievements.

Snow Day Information: Cancellation due to inclement weather conditions will be announced on CBS Channel 6, richmondolympiad.com and at each gym's answering service. Make-up classes will be provided for cancellations. We don’t follow public or private school closings & early or late releases.
