Olympiad Job Application Form Instructions

The following information will provide you with valuable information to assist with completing your online job application.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ON-SCREEN FORM

1. After you download the form by clicking "APPLY NOW", it will probably open automatically, either in your browser or in a new Adobe Acrobat window. We suggest you immediately save the blank form to your Desktop (or to a folder where you?ll be able to find it later) by clicking FILE, then SAVE.
   
   
2. You may also want to PRINT the form so you can confirm that your computer and printer will do this successfully, and so you have a complete paper copy to which you can refer.
   
   
3. If you want to enlarge the form so you can read it more easily. Use the magnification tool on the Acrobat tool bar, or just press CONTROL-+ on your keyboard. (That is, hold down the CTRL key while you press the "+" key.)
   
   
4. Once you've completed the form, click on "SUBMIT BY EMAIL" at the bottom, which will automatically generate a prepopulated email message along with your attached application to Richmond Olympiad Management.
   
   
5. The application does not include an upload Resume option. Feel free to attach a resume and references to the automated email generated in step 4.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CERTAIN FIELDS AND FIELD TYPES

* Although no fields are required, please fill out as much information as possible so your application process is not delayed.

* The sections that contain small and large text boxes are multiple-line fields. Typing beyond the end of the line will automatically word wrap the text.
